Really bad customer service. They never get back to you and Reception do not seem to know anything! They kept telling me to fill out an online form which I then had to chase with several phone calls but heard nothing back.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I was really disappointed by my experience here. I came in for an food intolerance screening, and was disappointed to learn the method used was to put an electrode on my finger that supposedly reads energy frequencies. The idea is that this somehow evaluates intolerances and transmits the findings into a readable/printable form on a computer screen. I should have asked about methods of testing in advance, but had assumed it may involve saliva, blood, or some other physical check of the body. I am open to alternative medicines, but this just did not seem legitimate. I had expected that along with this session (which cost 139), that I would receive some advice or things to try going forward. Instead, Jessica would allude to things I could do \in just five minutes a day\, and talk about how the body is great at healing itself.....but didn't give me any actual advice. Instead, I was encouraged to sign up for a program that cost something like 800, and would involve joining a group of people who she has Skype sessions with every couple of weeks.
