HORRIBLE customer service. They installed blinds in my home that had issues from a recall that was put out in 2009 - 11 years ago. They were rude and refused to come fix my blinds at first until my builder got involved (since these blinds fall under the one year warranty). When they came to fix them, they tried to \show me\ instead of just fixing it themselves. They also took a crude and cheap solution to fixing the cords. Instead of using breakaway condensers, I now just have 2-4 separate long cords dangling from all my blinds. Will be following up with Health Canada to let them know the lack of concern this company is taking for fixing a recall they were blatantly aware of. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.
Excellent customer service, quick turn around time from order to delivery and very clean and efficient install. The prices are better than anywhere else we called and Amy, William and Doug were a pleasure to deal with. We love our blinds and have recommended them to friends and family.
