For a while this group was great to work for until things got too corporate This group operates more like a corporate business and less as a social service organization. Aside from training and finance this group really doesn't have much oversight or care for their clients or their sub-contractors.

Without a doubt, the best place to work! In my experience with CASS, I must say that it is the best company to work for with really incredible staff (coworkers, supervisors and management in general) that allow us to feel integrated and meaningful. I appreciate and value all the opportunities that this company has given me, helping me to grow professionally and personally. I have learned a lot in these last months (and I am still learning), and I will never forget the kindness and human warmth of the administration and all my colleagues.

If you were to compare CASS with Supportive Lifestyles, CASS is a shining star compared to Supportive Lifestyles. They are continually working towards improving on not only the care and support for the clients, but for the staff as well. This company has more heart than compared to others. I'd like to see them to continue hiring those with a heart of care towards each-other and the clients. It's a shame when the ones with little interest or genuine care for the clients are hired. You don't have to worry about that with this company as compared to others as well.
