Very good chiropractor and office. Caring and accommodating
I'm in the health and wellness field and have seen a few chiropractors in my 16 years in NJ. This office is in the top two I've been fortunate to have received treatment. Dr Caldwell knows what he's doing and really delivers quality care. I've only had great experiences at this office.
I walked into this place hoping for help with extreme pain. When you walk in, the place looks like a spa, like a massage chain who's only goal is to keep you coming. They don't take most insurance. When I FINALLY saw Frank M. Caldwell, before even asking my medical background, he started selling more visits to \get to the bottom of the pain.\ He tried to sell me on 8-12 visits before he or I knew why I was there. Four words: CREEPY SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. I felt a bad bad bad feeling about him, he didn't even adjust me, but charged me as if he had. I world never ever go back to this scam artist. My advice: stay away. Luckily I found a chiropractor who actually assessed me, looked at my x-rays for free, takes insurance, and hasn't tried to sell me on a single session.
I'm very satisfied with Dr. Caldwell. I'm a first time walk-in with back pain and he was able to pinpoint my issue fixed me right up. He's very professional with up-to-date equipment and clean offices. I highly recommend Caldwell Chiropractic.
