A 0 rating is more than what this shop deserve for having an employee named MAY CORTEZ engaging in an argument with customers. How can you make sure a product would be comfortable with you if you are not allowed to try it? And that you could try it after it has been paid, this indeed amazed us, for me to say "in Manila it doesn't goes that way". After I have turned my back, she said "eh di sa Manila kayo bumili" which my son has overheard. When asked what she had said, she had LIED saying it. And when I asked what's her name (naturally to make complaint), she asked me "WHY DO YOU NEED MY NAME?" Wondering if this employees not properly trained on how to handle irate customer and just engage in a shouting bout with customers?
