Terrible Sales Practices! I called them to ask some questions about \Freedom Connect Gig\ promotion with unlimited data and speeds up to 940 Mbps for 60/month for 36 months (BAIT BEFORE THE SWITCH). I Talked to Dale West, a sales associate with Sparklight, because I had some questions around the unlimited data claim, price, and money back guarantee... He checked my address to verify service/promotion was available in my area. He said it just became available in my area in July and so I agreed to sign up for that promotion. He pulled my credit, waived activation fee, collected 60 payment from me, and scheduled appointment for install. HERE COMES THE SWITCH AFTER THE BAIT!!! He called me back to say that the promotion wasn't available in my area and said I would need to choose a different plan...? I guess I'm staying with CenturyLink
Since the company became publice they lost site of who got them there in the 1st place. CABLEONE is the worste place to work. They don't pay enough. They don't train well at all and they don't believe in partnership. They will hang you out to dry. They are an extreme joke to the business world. Don't think you will ever have a respectable career here. If you do happen to work here, leave after a year, anywhere else will pay you more due to all the manager work you'll have under your belt as a regular customer service rep making only 30,000 a year.
This place is a joke all the positive reviews are from employees. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
