I signed up to do an online course, was re-assured that i wouldn't have any issues with the online portal. If i had any trouble they gave me a number and name of the lecture marking my work which was out of service. I have nothing but trouble signing in as my account kept resetting my password. then my progress kept disappearing. website kept crashing so i started to complete the on Microsoft word so i wouldn't keep loosing progress and copied and pasted the answers to the online portal and made sure to click save and continue. Despite contacting both west Suffolk college and their branch in Thetford and being repetitive bounced in between them with no resolve or solution i gave up. now they expect me to pay 125 for an online course i did complete but their online system was faulty.

Joined the media course just to feel bullied by a certain lecturer, if you didn’t go along with his ideas or say yes to everything he said then he’d pick on you for it. Saying he didn’t have the time to teach everyone but can spend 45 minutes plus name dropping about someone he used to teach. Being pulled aside and called names for doing certain things even though peers would do the exact same thing. Do not join this course, you will not learn a thing.
