Calor are really pretty hopeless. They rely on a near monopoly situation and dodgy contracts to trap customers. I live just a few miles from the Saxham depot, but they are not currently serving the public. Of the retail outlets listed on their site - one is no longer open, one doesn't stock propane, one doesn't answer the phone but their web site says they don't stock it. I just want to buy some gas and it seems it's not possible.

I have always found everyone most helpful. The staff on the phone are polite and helpful. The drivers are friendly and assist with moving bottles. The lead time can vary so don't run out prior to ordering or you may have to wait!
Was told Monday that gas was due to be delivered today, had no heating or hot water since then and got home to a letter saying gate was locked yet it was on purposely left unlocked all they had to do was put their hand over and pull the bolt across but no it seems like an effort!, I call up to try and resolve the issue and no one can seem to find anyways to help and said wait until the morning so it’s another night of no heating or hot water!!. Absolutely shocking! this is not the first time we’ve had a problem with these after one of their delivery drivers asking my girlfriend to lift a 47kg bottle out of the way and stating our garden was a complete mess and forced my girlfriend to cut down half of the plants and stood all over the flower beds aswell when he was delivering gas to the neighbours through our garden. I’d rather go through the hassle of lugging the 47kg bottles in the boot of my car and fitting the gas bottles myself.. least the job would get done seeing as the money’s been paid rather than waiting another cold night for this lot to bother doing their job.
bad customer service. Delivery of cylinder expected today. At 5pm I called them to check where it was. Told it had been delivered to me earlier. It hadn't. Was then told I have to wait another 2 days for them to get it to me. Ridiculous service. That makes it almost a week to get 1 cylinder bottle that I've already paid for as this was ordered last Thurs morning and it now won't be here til weds. Think twice before you use this company. Girl in customer service didn't seem that bothered either!
Ordered a bottled gas delivery with different payment address to delivery address (not an unusual scenario if moving house for example). Guy on the phone had to ask for the addresses about 4 times as for some reason he was not recording them each time I read them out. Then they delivered to wrong address. Ben who is the office manager was completely unapologetic about it and not willing to acknowledge or rectify the mistake. Poor attitude all round and will not be using again.
