Brought a used Van from Bury St Edmunds Drive Vauxhall and have to say been a pleasure to deal with, Amber sorted out a few issues I found on the van without hesitation. Don't normally buy from main dealers but no hard sell no pressure from the sales department all a relaxed experience.

Very good dealership . Mike motability is most helpfull and attentive top marks
Unreliable cars. Bought a used Fiat 500X and on the second week of driving the engine management light came on - returned to the dealer where they replaced the oxygen sensor. Minor issues followed the following weeks such as overinflated tyres and daytime running lights failing. The major breakdown occurred shortly after the very small warranty expired (around week 6). Gearbox failed and engine idled rough. Had to send the gearbox for an overhaul costing an excess of 1700. Still waiting on the rough idle diagnosis. When contacted they said that the warranty had ended even though major car parts failed in a very short time period. In a nutshell their cars break down, are not properly diagnosed, are patched to sell and are extremely unreliable. Consider other dealers. Peter Petrou
Its not so much the dealership it's the lack of communication between the parts department and the inconvenience of not allowing returns once special ordered. Which I did not know about before paying and now I have a part which I will never be able to sell. Its just a nuisance, so if anyone needs a part make sure it's the absolute right one before buying.
Only one star as it does not allow zero stars. Car went in for service, while it was in the garage they had removed the fuse holder cover, shut the glove compartment and deformed the shape so it would no longer fit. Speak to Drive and they insist that the tech did not remove it, I told them they must have a Drive Gremlin. Very bad customer service...Do not use 0/10
