Terrible!!! Took 2 hours to arrive , and when I called them to ask for an update I’ve been told the driver is 1-2 minutes away. 30 minutes later I had to call again!! And been told that “it’s not me it’s the driver , I will send you the driver number “ then even didn’t do that. Food came disgusting. I instantly threw up on it. The chicken was definitely expired!! And the fries was very old. Everything went to the bin!!!!!

Firstly the burrito I had was very very good. However the experience was not so. We preordered at 4pm for collection at 630pm, we done the same with Sushi and Shakes- who had the order ready for us on arrival. However the burrito grill said to take a seat because it would be 5minutes yet, no worries. 15 minutes later, when someone who ordered in arrival had been and gone I asked for an update, to which they said “2 minutes”. 5 minutes later the manager, I assume as he was sat in a laptop the entire time said to the staff “isit ready it’s a long time to have them here” it transpired they had not yet started the salad and had in,y started the burrito at the time we arrived to collect. However did not apologies for this and just said “2minutes”. The ‘manager’ did not seem to care or apologise. The following day when we came to eat the food we found the salad was but a bit of chicken thrown on a bagged lettuce salad. No Lemon Rice, Black Beans, Mango Habanero, peppers or sweet corn. As I said my burrito was good, but the experience left a bitter taste in our mouth. The sushi was however very good, which is a shame as I suspect the management of both outlets is the same- yet one can operate well, the other cannot.
I adore this spot! They provide tasty food, their menu is large, The cook in that place is a real pro, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the guests is efficient. I often eat in this place and I not even once was discontended. Highly recommended.
Brilliant food and service.. I looked at the reviews, come on people.. why would you put a bad review without even trying. They got the best burger and fries in all of Stortford and burritos really tasty
First time ordering. Really good. Very quick delivery. Very well constructed burritos and loads of food for the price paid. Highly recomend..
