Burlington RV Superstore is quite an incredible place! It has tremendously kind and knowledgeable staff with fantastic customer service, a comfortable lounge and store inside of a beautiful building and tons of options to pick from in campers. It was their staff that drew us to the them. We are from Green Bay and have plenty of camper dealers near us, however, none with the customer service we experienced at Burlington RV. After several text and phone conversations with Cindy, I felt like she was family. Not an ounce of her is a pushy sales person. I felt that she truly cared about us, our family and our experience, not the bottom line. Already head of heels with our experience with Cindy, we were surprised to find that Dee was equally delightful! She gave us a comprehensive tour of our new RV (that she brought inside for us as to not chill us in the cold) and show us a knowledgeable and caring persona. We finished off our experience with Andy. Although the closing was the shortest part of our day at Burlington, it was also enjoyable. He was personable, organized and not pushy at all. We will be lifelong customers of Burlington RV thanks to our amazing experience!

We purchased a new Class A in November. The entire process from the test drive to purchasing and delivery was seamless and enjoyable! Our sales rep Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the unit we were purchasing, and Andy & Stephan were very helpful with the details on financing during closing. Dee was our delivery rep and went through the entire unit (several hours) to made sure we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles of the coach. Hands down this was the best experience we've had at a dealership. They take pride in all that they do and treat their customers with the utmost respect. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about this place! We went in knowing the specifics of what we were looking for and the rigs we wanted to see. Tom P listened and showed us the units we asked for. He could tell I wasn’t sold on any of them and asked if we would be willing to look at one more, thankfully we said yes. It is PERFECT for us! It was way better than what we were looking at and similar in price. He helped us through the entire process (including taking a quick spill in the showroom to grab our picture ). Dee did our orientation and was fabulous! She made sure we understood all the major pieces, gave us cheat sheets (and her best tips and tricks), and a shopping list for our needs with a bigger rig. She was amazing!! Steve made the financial things not feel stressful! He joked with us, explained the options, and never pressured us on anything. Jim helped us with out hitch and towing tips! There was not a single interaction that made us feel like anything other than family! It actually was, Dare I say, fun! 10/10 recommend!
Our RV buying experience was excellent! Our salesman Tom was great. Returned texts and calls promptly and was very knowledgeable about our RV. Andy, (paperwork), and Dee, (showed us everything any the RV) were also great. No hidden cost suprises, just great service. We love our RV! We highly recommend Burlington RV!
Love my travel trailer. They make sure you know and understand all of the features on your purchase before you leave. Great customer service!
