The receptionists here are always really love to me and my dentist Dr Sachin Sheth is the best dentist I've ever been to! He always makes me feel so comfortable that I never fear going to the dentist and he answers any random question I have, very knowledgeable and will do what he can to save your teeth :)

Very poor customer service, confrontational and very aggressive prejudiced receptionist. Handling of people personal data very questionable, from what I experienced this morning staff have a poor or not understanding of privacy law changes with GDPR. Receptionist behaviour was so aggressive, disrespectful and ignorant. Although the Practice manager came over to make sense of it, still feel shameful public facing staff in modern society can display bias/personal prejudice behaviour without even be aware of it at all; truly shocking and sad.
