I was blown away by the first Sapphire ring (see pictures) I had acquired from them for my birthday anniversary, and my 2nd acquisition after that was from them too. Unique, bold and gorgeous jewelry like no other in the jewelry stores in Romania. Also, La Rosa has the best value - price offering on the market. I adore La Rosa and the staff! Looking forward to my next acquisition!

I don't think i may have found someone better for my ring. They understood in every detail my wishes and made it like in my dreams. They drow it, make a rendering and the result was even better. Truly professional team! They make wishes come true!

The ladies in the shop were nice, but they have the worst customer service ever! I had payed an advance for ordering my wedding bands in their shop, and the next day I have cancelled my order and raised a claim to get my advance back. This has happen beginning of March. Apparently, according to their internal policies, it takes 14 working days for them to refund the payment back. Two and a half months have passed since then, and I haven't got anything back, only excuses and promises. If this is the way they are treating their customers when it’s not in their benefit, I would recommend avoiding this place! Worse experience ever, would never go back to them!!!!!
