Customer care zero,no refund available after more than 6 months after buying tickets,keep fobbing me off with empty promises. I feel sorry for the pilots, air hostess and other crew which are doing a wonderful job. Management is a total joke,no wonder how you got so close to bankruptcy.

Do not fly with blue air!!! I paid for a flight since August, they took my money and cancelled my flight the next day and refused to refund me till now, they dont pick calls, they dont reply mails, very bad customer service

Blue air cancelled our flight five months prior to our departure date but didn't refund our money. We have contacted them three times but have gotten no response. They still have our money. Needles to say I have no trust in them as a company and advise others to stay away.

I hardly ever seen a poorer customer service than Blue Air's. I bought a ticket one month ago but I never received any mail or confirmation, it's hard to think about a receipt. I don't have a booking code - the only proof that I bought the ticket is my bank account extract. Nobody is answering at the phone or mail, I called days after days and I waited for almost one hour every single time. So frustrating. Definitely the last ticket with this company.

With a oversized baggage, 2 cm thicker didn’t pass the standard size test and needed to pay the extra fee of 60, but dozen other baggage way over the standard size, barely fitting in the plane above the chairs (see attached photos) had no problem to pass the check-in verification and more than this, the second check before going in the bus. How can this be explained? Are there different rules for different people??? I will try not to use this airline in the future. They are not customer oriented, only trying to squeeze as much money possible.

We booked 2 tickets for 2 adults and a baby via tourism agency for Bucharest-Barcelona and it was unexpectedly smooth, clean and civilized (in comparison with Wizzair). We also received food and candy. Only issue was with a small delay. Staff did great on helping a child in critical health situation on the 11th of June flight to Barcelona.
