Very well laid out, signage is excellent in and out no problem
like
the staff at this facility would have to be the rudest most unhelpful people logan has, not to mention the fees they charge based on the weigh bridge attendants opinion on the size of the load, and when asked to explain the pricing criteria everything she said made no sense then she repeats the price. no manners and no justification to prices. if I could have rated zero stars i would have!
Great experience, only took about 5 minutes to get through the gate, the gatekeeper was friendly and helpful.
Depends who is on the desk but the Asian guy changes the rules to profit the company. Example, you should be only charged so much up to 750kg ( 21) if your a Logan resident but because i borrowed a truck i still had 679kg only on it but he charged me 76 I questioned him but he just replied 76. Scandalous. Some of the office staff are so rude as well, hope they realise they only work at a dump.
Absolute joke, rudest staff I've ever dealt with the bloke with the goatee is ok the woman is super rude and arrogant, the other elderly male needs an attitude adjustment. They charge the absolute maximum for a small load when it's clearly stated on the website there's 2 load brackets per vehicle type. I'm actually disgusted they know we don't have a choice so bully us.
Friendly service at the weigh station and at the bins. Social distancing means only one vehicle per bay. No waiting at noon on a Thursday. Visit to the tip was easy and pleasant.
Very well set out but the wait is just too long. The cue was even bigger when we left. Surely they could put two people on of a weekend when everyone is doing household work
It wasn't busy when there. Didn't have to pay for gardening clean up and having nice looking garden
