Went in this morning at 5 am with my mom who had a persistent nosebleed and is on blood thinners. The staff was absolutely WONDERFUL. They greeted us immediately and got us back to a room quickly. All staff were very professional, compassionate, caring and especially the medical and bedside care was exceptional. Update: A day later and ANOTHER ED visit with my mom. No accident, the care again was superlative and the staff was more than amazing. The doctor especially again spent so much time with us explaining what was happening and the course of things. Different doctor today and still exceptional care. After being a nurse for 37 years, I feel VERY thankful we have this caliber of staff and this level of care so close to home.

I came in on a Monday afternoon and did not have to wait for one minute, Incredible staff from nurses to doctors. they take incredible care of their patients and make sure all needs are met. Thank you all so much.

A star for the front desk and the 2nd nurse. Took my husband in around 5pm. No other patients in this beautiful hospital. Doctor never came to talk to my husband after x-rays and oxygen. This is my second visit here and my takeaway is that the doctors and nurses don't communicate with each other or with the patients. My overall experience is a lack of knowledge and professionalism. UChealth is failing.

The nurse was nice and really the only positive part of the experience. I went to the ER about 1 week ago around midnight. I was 5 days postpartum and my husband was afraid I would pass out driving to Rose Medical (where I delivered and the care was excellent) from our home in Broomfield, so we went here which was 5 minutes away. Short version of the experience is that I was given an antibiotic I should not have been given while breastfeeding. I had to go against the ER doctor's recommendations to do what was best for me and my health. Bedside manner of the paramedic (I think he was a paramedic; male inserting my IV and placing electrodes for monitoring) was poor throughout my stay. The receptionist was also rude and needs additional training. I would not recommend this ER for health care.

Went in at 2:30 in the morning. One other patient was there! I didn’t receive care... just witnessed a group of seriously lazy employees. The front desk girl was super skilled and super efficient and sweet! Then I was escorted to a room and told, I’m only an emergency room doctor, I don’t know and I think, maybe, I don’t really know?? The nurse just stood by... and the med assistant, don’t get me started! I couldn’t believe that they call themselves an emergency room!!
