Multiple Times I’ve Been Hung Up On, Multiple Times I’ve Been Left Standing Outside And No Cabs Have Shown Up, Multiple Times They Told Me A Time They Would Arrive and Came 10-20 mins late. Today I Stood Outside With My Daughter As I Called Because He Said 5 Mins. 20 Minutes Passed, No Cab, No Call, No Nothing.... I Call Dispatch Upset And He Tells Me That The Drivers Don’t Always Call, I Don’t Understand How He Drove Past Us Or Even Came Without Calling. WE WERE STANDING RIGHT INFRONT THE BUILDING BRIGHT AND SUNNY DAY!!! I Give Up On Them!!!
Consistently terrible and I’ve been a deification customer despite the nonsense, plain and simple just use another service
HORRIBLE DISPATCHER! This company is running a scam. I was quoted 35 to Queens and the driver was paid up front. 5 minutes from my destination, the driver decided to call to \confirm\ the price and put the dispatcher on speaker. The dispatcher that I had spoken to 20 minutes earlier said 45! I interrupted and said to the guy that that was not the fair i was quoted. And at that time he said its 45, 40 bucks to go to Jamaica and that the giy i spoke to had left. I said no it was you and he hung up the phone. The beautiful thing is that i have a phone call recorder and recorded the entire 1st call and played it for my driver. The driver confirmed that I was correct and it was the same dispatcher on my recording. I called back the base and notified him that what he did wasn't cool and that i would be filing a complaint. So i did and i have both recordings as well as the cab driver's personal cell number. Just DISGUSTING!
Poor customer service. I called and because I didn't have a building number(although I told the dispatcher the street and Avenue I was in between) the dispatcher got an attitude and put me on hold as if I was asking for free ride. I do not recommend anybody to use their car services. This review is based on the poor u Customer service the dispatcher gave me, has nothing to do with the taxi drivers.
