I really enjoy the selection this market has and the quality of produce is fantastic. It has a great atmosphere and I've been trying to enjoy it all year in the circumstances we are in. However, like everywhere in the UK, it's a shame that it seems all too hard for people to wear a mask, distance and think of others. If it wasn't for that I would have stayed longer and purchased more.

Nice vibe...amazing options and very boozy. 4 stars because not all vendors accepted card payments and that was quite an inconvenience.
Great coffee and a delicious french hot food stall. Looking forward to doming here every Saturday. A rather arrogant French cheese vendor. I bought twice from him and each time it felt like I need to beg him to tell me about his cheeses, sample are also not allowed. Don't think I'll be buying again from them. Very pleased with the Italian stall, on the contrary, - a lovely enthusiastic but no pushy seller who is happy to share the knowledge, gives samples and advises.
This is a great little market, both for grabbing some breakfast or lunch or for finding good quality ingredients for home cooking. Despite Covid restrictions preventing tastings and seating for eating (which are normally highlights of any market!), it's still an enjoyable outing. In fact, outdoor shopping is a good option during Covid times. Do yourself a favour and find the beef relaxing in gravy in what looks like a paella pan, at a stand called Le Petit Moulin. It's so good!
