My experience working with Pat was fantastic! He assisted with planning out our home renovation on James Island. Pat was very thoughtful and took his time understanding our desires and understood how to maximize the changes for our growing family, while still keeping best-in-class design standards. The work product he provides are far and above what others in his field provides. With Pat, we received 2 sets of 3D renderings, plan views, foundation plans, cross section views, etc. His expertise shines through in all the small details.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Pat on the design of our dream beach home on the South Carolina coast. Pat and his team were excellent all the way through from the initial sketches/conceptual phase to the final plan set for permit. Pat listened to our comments and always did his best to incorporate our feedback (and also to make excellent suggestions that we would not have thought about!). In addition we were working on the home design remotely so all "meetings" during the design phase had to be held via video call/Google Hangout. Pat was excellent at working with this platform which enabled us to move our design along much more quickly than if we had to come down to the Charleston area for every meeting.
