use these guys in past & good prices asked for 6 yard skip and they sent one of 8 yard happy to use them again

Took my skip without my knowkedge and said they tried to call me. The supposed owner then said he would pick up rubbish left due to them taking my skip early without any comms. I have been waiting 3 weeks now and nothing. Completey useless company who are dishonest and lie. I will never use this company again.

Been using Britannia skips for a year all ok but ordered a 12 yard 3 days in advance and a 6 yard turned up. No phone call to let me know, not willing to offer me a discount as I would need 2 skips now and unable to offer me any solution so they took the skip away. Poor service not bothered if your a regular customer. Use someone else if you need a skip.
On the way to my grandmothers funeral one of your staff tried to squeeze passed the hearse and funeral cars, forcing my Nan up the curb. The man who was driving the vehicle did not even apologise. Disgusting.
