My Partners has had his bank account hacked. Rang the fraud line which was as much use as a chocolate teapot! !! They don't take fraud seriously and don't inform you when there's unusual activity on your account, like most banks, you have to find this out yourself by going to a cashpoint and checking your balande! They shouldn't be trading and no one should be banking with them

In my opinion a very good bank, always served in an efficient manner. Friendly courteous staff.Online banking easy to navigate, conscise. Never had a problem yet!
This bank is AWFUL!!!!! You can't get through on the phone EVER!!! I put MY cash in ..the same day they mistakenly charged a cheque from another customer on to MY account for 350 I had to inform them...they didn't know!!! The manager said (in person, as I said they don't answer the phones) she rectified THEIR ERROR!!! SHE STILL HAS NOT!!! I CAN'T GET AN ANSWER OR MY MONEY OUT!!!! DONT BANK HERE. THEY ARE DREADFUL!!!!!!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!!
I have always found the staff here to be friendly and helpful
