Fantastic service. Needed a electric adjustable bed urgently for my wife who had recently broke her back, nothing was too much trouble for the staff - and even helped carry it out to the car. Managed to source one that day for us to collect ready for my wife to come home and recover in comfort. Thank you ever so much.

DISGRACEFUL DISHONEST MISLEADING ADVERTISING Saw their ad on tv rang for a brochure, gave my details then guess what......... Several phone calls from them......each time I asked for brochure, guess what........ NEVER arrived..........guess why They never sent it,.........guess why They really only want to seek you something over the phone only once they get into your wallet will they send the information I asked for....... I’ve blocked their phone number and complained to Advertising standard about their sharp practice. No doubt they will find a way to excuse themselves ......outfits like this usually do seem to get away with it. Had to give them one star or can’t post
I visited Middleton's, Bristol on Tues of this week, with my 92 year old father, Frank, and we ordered the Journey Pavement Scooter for him. Ben and all the staff were really professional, helpful and patient with our endless questions. The Scooter was delivered on Thursday afternoon! Perfect! Extremely prompt and efficient. We would highly recommend Middleton's to anyone looking for a Scooter or any other mobility aid. Dad already has a wheelchair and an excellent Rise and Recline chair from them. He is really pleased with the new level of independence he has with his Journey Scooter!
Hugely overpriced kit for the elderly... Simply use the test area to try out their scooters etc and go away and buy the same model online for less than half the price.... We saved over 700.
