Had three companies come to survey & quote to supply a stairlift at my mothers home. Two local independents and Stannah. Joe from Thornbury Stairlifts was excellent, explaining what was required and provided a competitive quote. The installation was completed successfully a few weeks later due to new flooring being done. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I recently rang for attention to my faulty lift on a Monday morning and was politely and gently chided for not ringing over the weekend when the fault occurred. It was then fixed immediately to my complete satisfaction. I am grateful for this outstanding level of service.
The best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They installed the stairlift at very short notice when my wife was in hospital having an operation. Three men came out within 10 minutes to dismantle the stairlift when it was necessary to get a hospital bed upstairs and they collected it and bought it back when it was no longer required. Everyone is very helpful.
