Customer service from the top down in this store is a joke,. Product support, knowledge of products and company policy I found was a “let’s just wing it and see if they buy it”. What topped that off was a “we really don’t care either way” attitude. I have shopped with these stores for years, but never this location again. Only the 2nd review I have ever taken the time to write about, but my experience was worth sharing.

I went in to purchase a new Taylor Made Sim 2 driver. I seen some with different shafts and asked the salesman if I could hit it. He said No not with them but they had another club I could hit. I asked if they could fit me for it. He said no they would have to charge me. I advised him if I was going to pay 529.00 for driver they should fit me for it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said oh you can hit the other one but never did do anything to help me

Great store, they got rid of their hunting and firearms section but I never bought my firearms from here anyway but other than that it was stocked well
