I visited Charisma for the first time recently and had an excellent experience. Asia looked after me from start to finish, by recommending what colour and cut to to go for and then implementing it safely and professionally. I left extremely pleased with my hair and look forward to coming back. Thank you!

I have been to lot’s of different Salons around Bristol. But I found Charisma is Compelling and Charm. It seems very profesional and highly trained staff taking care of customers Hair cuts and other services they provide. Very knowledgeable and dedicated team working in this salon.
Becca and her team at Charisma are all amazing. They all make you feel very relaxed and comfortable and it's guaranteed you will come out feeling great about your hair. They have got all the current safety measures in place and you feel totally safe within the salon. Took me several attempts at other salons to find somewhere that could do a great modern short hair cut and I was so pleased to find Charisma and I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

This review is long overdue as I visited this salon for the first time 5/6 weeks ago. Asia took care of me from start to finish, helping me pick out a colour between photos I had brought in. She executed the color * e x a c t l y * I was incredibly impressed. I went from an outgrown balayage to a Cherry Coke colour and loved it. Also loved the cut. The salon itself was clean, their covid precautions made me feel totally comfortable being there, and everyone was very friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be visiting them again when I’m able, Asia is going to be my go-to now.
