Super nice and efficient team, I was served by Lyndon (I believe) who is an experienced photographer and was very kind and helpful, able to give stories about his use of the products to help me understand their purpose. This store/brand - when on sale - tend to have the best prices (for brand new with warranty). Staff are knowledgeable. Small store sometimes feel cramped / can’t stock as many accessory items like a wide range or different mics / tripods however they’ve got the core items covered and their camera range is impressive. I recommend checking out the online store and then coming in with any questions - although it’s quite busy staff still find the time to help you and never make you feel dumb. I’ve bought my camera, two lenses, and a protector filter from this store and have no complaints with price or quality. Nicest camera store in the city ️

I bought a couple of cameras off their website. Due to an error so did seven or so other people. I talked to them about it and they highlighted another highly suitable camera in the ballpark price range that would do even more than what I need for a comparable price. Slightly annoyed but they saved myself from making a rookie error. They certainly know a sensor from a lens and the knowledge they have is definitely worth taking onboard. I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to use them again if and when I need to.

I would actually rate 0 stars if I could. This is not reflective of the Brisbane store but the online experience. On 27th January I placed an online order for an Epson printer at a cost of just under 1000. Within 20 minutes of placing my order I received an email stating that the product was Out of Stock. Evidently the company was aware the item was out of stock as they sent me an automated message, why not just simply inform customers that the item is out of stock before taking their money?! After emailing the Customer Service team requesting why customers are misled and not informed of items being out of stock prior to placing an order, the response I received stated 'We believe in offering great products at great prices to our customers regardless of whether they are in stock'.. In what way can you provide customers great products when you don't have them?! You aren't providing them with anything, you're taking their money and removing the choice of shopping elsewhere that may actually have the item available. It's now been over two months since purchase and I am still awaiting the product. This has so far cost me approximately 5000-6000 of sales revenue for my side home business. I would strongly recommend nobody buying from digiDirect online, I have since seen other reviews stating the same and clearly taking customer money and unethical, poor business practise is priority over customer experience. This will undoubtedly be the one and only time I make the mistake of using digiDirect.

Awesomely genuine experts!! My camera had mirror lock and I didn't knew.. few stores were asking 100 to even check.. but here they took checked and explained me.. thank you so much... Definitely will trust them going forward on any quote

These guys are great, they have the very latest gear, very knowledgeable about a wide range of pro video gear. I felt super comfortable with these experts and they didn’t mind taking time to show me though my next camera upgrade. Thanks a lot team!

I used to always recommend digiDirect, but these days where a significant amount is purchased online, I can no longer recommend them. Their online sales strategy is not customer friendly at all, a selfish way to lock in sales, beware if you purchase from digidirect online, you’re not able to see if the item is in stock, only after you purchase you’ll get an email saying “out of stock”. I can clearly recall 4 things I’ve purchased at different times and each was out of stock, one of which I waited 3 months to get, another was 2 months. Their response that they can’t keep stock of all these items isn’t acceptable, then clearly state whether or not the item is in stock... like most honest retailers. If you’re needing something for an urgent job/shoot, just don’t get it from digiDirect, if you can wait a few months to receive the product, it may be an option... I’ve seen the number of reviews mentioning this same problem, digiDirect you should improve this.

Last time I ordered a scanner and it took over 3 months to arrive, understandably it was during Covid lock down time. Recently I wanted to give Digidirect another go and ordered some films from online store. Obviously, they don't have any stock but still advertised on their website. A month now and I am still waiting...

I usually don’t leave negative or unhappy feedback on Google maps , but I need to let this out: I ordered two identical items from DigiDirect, some Nanlight fixtures. Last week one of them was delivered to me as promised, but there has been no communication about the remaining part. Usually, I would have expected the online store to tell me that they only have one item to sell, and are expecting delays with the second item. Dealing with online stores like this makes it more difficult for people like me to schedule shoots that involve many people. On positive side, one item has reached my address and I am able to use that.
