Nothing changes here. My car was in for service and MOT, supposed to be ready by 3pm, called at 4pm was told it was ready and a voicemail had been left by Kim, I had no voicemails. Asked why I had no voicemail & was told they sometimes get busy, more excuses, more like they couldn't be bothered or forgot. The manual and wheel lock nuts were left on the passenger seat too and considering I'm disabled and have to sit in that side of the car, not impressed. The seat belts were also still plugged in. The first service was great they cleaned and hoovered my car but not this time. As usual a very disappointing service. Considering I have complained before you would expect a significantly better service.

Recently purchased a new Renault Clio. Very happy with my new car and thoroughly recommend Hendys, in particular Ross. He talked me through my choices and explained how everything would work. As my car was tailored to my specific requests, it took some time before it was ready to collect. Ross kept me updated regularly, calling me on the phone and emailing me with updates. When the time came to collect my car, Ross arranged everything and sent me a video explaining how to use all of the controls and functions. He and his colleagues have been brilliant and continue to offer help and support should I need it. A very smooth process and a very happy customer. Ross is a friendly person whilst remaining extremely professional.

My wife asked for a 'standard' service because the service light came on. She was booked in with a 'A class service' After the service she inquired why the service light was still on in the car. She was informed that the light can only be turned off after a oil change and this service did not include a oil change and in fact she had only had the pollen filters changed and would need to pay for a new service to have the oil changed. In what world is a 'standard service' (A class service) mean no oil change but pollen filters changed and nothing else!

The service department will take you for whatever they can get, we had a safety recall on our car with a potential oil leak problem. We took the car in and they refused to do the recall work unless we paid them almost 400 for other work to be done. The most galling thing is that the part they wanted to replace needed to be removed in order to do the recall work and the service guy was saying how there was still several hundred pounds worth of labour. Was left with the option of driving off with an unsafe car or paying through the nose for work that they would be doing anyway, I strongly advise you avoid the service department here.

Diabolical. My car has been with them over a month now. Communication? They just don't, no calls whatsoever to keep you in the loop. Try phoning the Service Dept, never get through, option to leave message.....don't waste your time, they do not phone back. Only way to get through to Service Dept. is ring Sales! & insist they put you through or visit in person.
