️ FANTASTIC ALL ROUND ️ We used chandlers for a recall issue with the car. I dropped it off for my husband and I was very reluctant to do it as I have had bad experiences in garages before for being a female. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease, the man on the desk came and helped me use the self service check in machine. He was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great, I advised the member of staff that I would be collecting the car for my husband. I was called to let me know the work was completed and ready for collection, there was additional work to be done as they carried out a free health check. I was sent a text with a link to a video of the technician explaining and showing any faults on the car, this was very helpful as I know nothing about cars. I collected the car and all of the staff I saw were very friendly and helpful. When my keys were returned they were sanitised. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone especially female friends as staff DON’T look down there nose at you. Keep up the fantastic 5 star service.

Visited Chandlers BMW in Brighton because of an adaptive headlight failure and was told that the fault had been cleared and no repair was necessary. The same issue re-occured on a number of occasions following the visit and therefore I took my car back for a 2nd time. The dealership once again told me that there was no fault found but within 24hrs the same issue started occurring again and I now face a 3rd visit for the same issue. Not fixing this problem has meant that the adaptive function hasn't been available during long night drives which were the very reason I paid extra for this headlight option when ordering the car. Other issues with the car have also been dismissed or not fixed during visits. Because of this poor customer service I won't be buying another BMW.

Easy enough to book in either by phone or on the phone app If commenting on the overall service I would say that I was satisfied Negative points: were lack of commitment or communication on completion of the work No information on details requested

Chandlers Brighton BMW is a fantastic place to work. I have worked with Chandlers for nearly 15 years now and whilst it's been a challenging year with the current restrictions, we have managed to continue to provide an excellent customer service in a safe environment. We are still very much able to assist our Sales and Service customers safely whilst following the current government guidelines. Click and Collect is proving very successful and we are able to give reassurance to customers who wish to purchase their new car this way.

*** Updated 06-June-2019 *** A staff at Chandlers Brighton BMW (Matt Clare - Assistant Service Manager) has contacted me offering a way to resolve my encountered problems (as described below). Given this positive development, my rating has been changed to reflect it. This review will be updated again after my next service at Chandlers. ****** I've have been using Chandlers Brighton BMW since 2016 for our 2 BMW cars. We recently had our BMW 320d (2012) serviced and MOT (2019-May-05). It failed the first time and then passed with some advisories, after paying to fix some problems. The car was dropped back at our place at the end of the second day. 1. That evening when I went into the car, there was a plastic glove hanging on the windscreen, an unexpected gift from BMW (as in the photo). This, however, is a small problem. 2. The bigger problem is that BMW Chandlers technicians \forgot\ to reset the car's service computer. So every time I start the car, there is a warning popped up on the dashboard asking me to service the car (as in another photo). 3. Team communication and customer service is the most terrible experience. I tried since then to ring Chandlers BMW Brighton asking to speak with a technician or someone to fix the problem, and to find out how much does it cost to fix the advisories. I tried ringing 4 times a day at a different time, over two days. The receptionist on the phone tried to connect me to the technician and unable to do so. They even told me that they had marked the message \URGENT!\ to get the technicians' attention and call me back as soon as possible!!! Well, until today (2019-May-24), which is 19 days later, there is no phone call, message, email, or any form of communications whatsoever from BMW Chandlers Brighton. I'm not sure if this is the customer service that BMW or Chandlers Brighton want to give their customers!!!
