Kutu Malam

This has to be to worst service centre in Msia. Sent my car here to fix but they took their own sweet time to get it done. They don't keep most of the parts and they expect you to wait for 2 -3 months (without offering a courtesy car whatsoever) to get your car. Don't expect the service advisor to update you on the progress. Please think twice before sending it for servicing.

Horrible service center with poor service. Repairs took a long time and always over promises with no regards of the customer's problem. Always come up with new reasons for delay so can't even trust the service advisors. Courtesy car is available but is always out with customer with no efforts or alternatives offered. Not sure if anything that they said was even true. So unhappy and dissapointed with their level of service. I didn't even bother to seek their sales team to check the new 2series, but I won't be surprise their main objective is just sales. Anyways, none of them had the courtesy to offer any assistance or even ask to help. Only horsing around between themselves.

Really bad service. Ask to send in car at 10am, then at 2pm only start changing the brake fluid which can be done in 30 minutes. Why don't you ask me to send in my car at 2pm? I have wasted 4 hours of precious time if only they have heard of scheduling. I would switch to Auto Bavaria, easy decision.

The worst experience I have ever encountered for a premium car service center. Low quality technicians, no call back at all after leaving 2 messages, wrote to them to ask for help also no response.
