Have been coming to the Bridgeton location for many years now and this visit was just a real disappointment. I sympathize with all businesses during Covid but we waited longer for our food with less diners than we would if the place was full, some items on our plates were almost too cold to eat, the breaded shrimp I could swear are from a grocery store box, the quality just wasnt there and when you spend 120 on 4 people you hope everything will be perfect. I had a pretty significant issue with my meal and although it was taken care of efficiently I thought maybe they would comp at least a portion of my meal but they did not. Von was our server and he deserved a 5 start rating, he was AMAZING!

The employees who are in front are young brats. I placed an order for pick up and told them to update the time of cooking and pick up.. and when I arrived there, I asked them how long the food has been sitting there , I was told it just came out !! STAFF DEFINITELY HAVE TO BE REPLACED with professional servers and customer service reps. Your employees are killing your business. Manager was very nice to replace my cold meal ! 4 star because of manager and food tasted good ! Otherwise this location needs an update with employees who don't lie and who do not have nasty attitude problems.

Ordered takeout because they stop seating at 8pm. All food was fresh, hot and halfway gone by the time we got home lol

Felt a very bad vibe from management tonight. I was told they stopped seating at 8:00 pm it was 7:45. They said they was at full capacity and 8 people was leaving.

The food was not satisfying, crab legs were rubbery, most of it was cold. The waitress was GREAT this is the only reason I gave it two stars. But honestly, they may as well shut this place down, there’s so many good seafood joints out now, this place is just disrespectful to seafood. Red lobster should just call it quits, we wasted 80 on this mess
