Absolutely shocking firm!! Will pull the roof off your flat and leave it for weeks without waterproofing it then tell you there’s nothing they can do, how they are allowed to operate is beyond me

company constantly tip toe to the doorstep and post a nobody was home leaflet through letterbox without knocking so they don't have to do work for council. caught them running away numerous times. Baffling how they have a c0ontract with the council
