They took our money and now with Corona the trip was cancelled. They refuse to assist us in any way despite being a travel agency and told us to solve the problem with the local tour operator who told us he did not get any money from them. No voucher, no assistance. They take your money but keep insisting they are not in charge. Would never again book with them.
