The worst test centre I have been to by a long way. The test room is very noisy and you can clearly hear the people talking in reception. When I was there one of the other people taking a test walked out and asked the people in reception to be quiet but instead she was offered ear plugs. The test centre is quite hard to find in Stratford Workshop and the building is pretty run down. I would not recommend taking any exams here and instead check out numerous others in and around Stratford.

Unfortunately this test centre is hands down the most convenient place for me to get to. It's really not good! Soundproofing and atmospherics are none existent. I attended an exam during tier 3. There was no hand sanitiser, no antibacterial wipes, and the mouse had that over used sticky feeling to it. Additionally the guy that booked me in didn't wear a face covering at all. The good reviews on here are either from friends and family of the owners, the owners themselves, or people that have never experienced an actual Pearson vue test. I will use this place again but only because it's a five minute tube ride from my flat.

It is on the 3rd floor of an old factory building. A bit creepy and unclean. The test centre is using old 2000s computers and the test room is unsightly. Needs tidying up and upgrading throughout. Not the most polite persons over there act as employees.

Hard to access (waiting 10 mins to be let in), didn't clean in between test takers, assessor watching cricket whilst he was talking to me about the exam

I read some of the terrible reviews and thought that people were exaggerating. So I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and book my test at this Center. Do not make the same mistake. Staff were extremely rude, there’s no signposting at all and the directions make no sense. I arrived at 9.30 for a 10am exam (as instructed on every email from Pearson Vue) and no one was there. I only managed to find it after asking the people at the building opposite. A woman from another unit asked me if I was okay and if I needed help but she wasn’t from Brenade. I then received a phone call from someone from Brenade at 09.45 ish telling me to come up or I would be late for my exam and berating me for not following them upstairs. I explained that I had no idea what they looked like, they had made no eye contact with me or uttered any kind of communication so how was I, in a shared office building, to know that this complete stranger wanted me to follow them? From start to finish I was made to feel like an inconvenience. When in the testing Center I was never spoken directly to, to the point the guy next to me was like I can’t tell if they’re talking to you or me. It was confusing, demoralising, and not the experience you want before an exam (which is already quite stressful!) that you’ve worked really hard to take. Do not take your test here, and if you absolutely have to be prepared to bring some moral support.
