Absolutely not welcoming to outsiders (racists). Paying by card is without extra charge, don't let them make you pay extra. Also pay attention to the serving size; they might charge you money for a big frie while you receive the smaller size portion. Count your change as well; they will trick you if you are not Dutch enough to them.
