Little disappointed with normally good service today. Misplaced service manual and didn't keep me posted if any of my paperwork showed up again. Also no call back to reschedule break pads... Didn't feel treated like a valued customer to be honest ..
Just came in briefly for a warranty part replacement. We were greeted well and shown to the area where we could wait and make a cup of tea. Free WiFi was a plus during the wait. The part was replaced quickly and we were back in the road soon.
Extremely unhelpful. Tried getting a part number of the store man thought he would help seeing as i was in the trade but pretty much told me go away. Thanks for the help
Paid over 90 for what should be a diagnostic proceedure and fix in Dacia stepway in-dash sat nav. Received print out stating that the in-dash sat nav was a different sat nav part number from the diagnostic sat nav part number and therefore all attempts at repair were halted and I was then charged over 90 ...I would have to pay nearly 600 for new in-dash sat nav ....complete rip off and does not make any sense on any level.
My wife, alone, red warning triangle popped up on the dash as she was driving through Galway in a 161 Discovery, called into Bradleys to ask was it serious and could they put the test unit to see what was wrong as she was going to Dublin. Was told by the service manager he could not do that and there was nothing he could do, but it should be ok to drive on. Shame on you.... Galway is a small place.
