Comfortable houses,nicely equipped, fire places in each,hills around, picturesque forests(not Schwarzwald style but still;)) good for kids( playgrounds etc),prompt response food delivery. Germany 20 km (Kleve, Koekoek museum is a must), Bredevoort,s'Heerenberg, Doesburg, Arnhem are the closest and worth visiting. Always look for generous discounts for staying( usually winter and pandemic times:))

Nice open water available for swimming, restaurant and snack bar with decent prices, nice terrases. Friendly personnel.
Disrespectful way of treating people being in pain after surgery. We asked the restaurant if we could please use a chair because we had friend with us who had surgery and had unexpected pain. In no way they would let us use one of the many available chairs. Even so we were sitting just 5 meter in front of the restaurant. Also they couldn’t make a refund of the parking ticket we had to buy twice because of a hygienic circumstance. Very nice location but don’t expect ANYTHING from the staff, it feels like they are all against you instead of trying to make you have a good stay. Very disappointing experience and we had to leave early because of the first reason.
