Rooms are good but strictness is quite high as compared toh other hostels. Indian toilets on the ground floor and Western on rest of the floors. Mess will always be the drawback untill the cook is changed.

Do not take hostel in 2nd year....it's awful...look for a place outside instead
Boys Hostel 2 as the name suggests this hostel is made after the the BH-1 or we say Senior Boys Hostel. The building is designed in the shape of eight(8), with two identical structures. This year only 2nd year students are here prior to it 3rd year students were here. The rooms are big compared to the BH-1 & BH-3 rooms. All the rooms are three seater with there beds, table, chairs, cupboards. It has 3 floor all having two washrooms on each side and a water cooler equipped with the purifier. On the ground floor we have our mess, which is definitely the worst among all boys hostel. Although the menu is same but it lacks greatly in taste and quality. Also we have the warden room here, and talking about warden, who seems to me unqualified for the job. The reason is that he is not student centric and always sticks his nose when you ask for leave. On the first we have a library, though very small and a recreational room which is always closed.
