1. When looking for a Realtor, honesty and integrity are the two main ingredients upon which I place the highest value. Bob Kugler (and his firm) embodies the best of both. 2. In this seller's market, Bob was spot on when it came to setting the \best price\ to expect for the property being sold! The years of experience within the Staff at B&K definitely know the market and will ensure the Seller receives top Market price. 3. Engaging a Realtor to sell one's property is often a test of efficiency, and cost effectiveness. B&K excelled at both aspects. After an initial meeting with Bob, which included advice on increasing Market appeal, the property was listed, shown 8-10 times, and a viable offer was received within 12 days. As an individual, I could not have conducted this market activity myself. Bob's commission was well earned. The Realty business is rife with self seeking, cutthroat operators, often in the game for 1-2 years.
