Great family run business, no event too big or small. Bounceroo make every effort to see that all needs are catered for and attention to detail is second to none, would highly recommend them from hiring a bouncy castle to helping plan your wedding. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We have attended several events from a BBQ to a wedding, the marquees are beautifully decorated and well put together, the portable toilets they use are beautiful if that is the right way to describe a loo and the catering and bar staff work hard to ensure that everyone is happy. Excellent marquee and catering hire. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful staff and superb service. Would recommend for any special event needing a marquee and chair hire, catering and hire of specialised goods such as lighting etc

Terrible service, warm beer, extortionate prices for what you actually get, unorganised staff, do not use if you want your day to go to plan and run smoothly! Ruined my day :( and have not made any effort to apologise or even respond to my emails regarding my dissapointment! Unsatisfactory and un professional
