Neptune Oyster Reviews | Rating 4.4 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Neptune Oyster is located in Boston, United States on 63 Salem St # 1. Neptune Oyster is rated 4.4 out of 5 in the category seafood restaurant in United States. tune Oyster serves some of the best bounty the coast of New England has to offer. Featuring a raw bar filled with oysters, shellfish and specialty cocktail creations, even more seafood and landlover dishes are on the kitchen menu. For starters, enjoy the creamy, made-to-order Wellfleet clam chowder and the crunchy tuna tartare crostini. Sandwiches like the burger topped with fried oysters and cheddar as well as the succulent Maine lobster roll are decadent and piled high. Popular entrées include the seared Georges Bank scallops and the Acadian redfish and chips, just a couple of highlights from the menu crafted by Neptune Oyster chefs Daniel Karg and John Ross. tune Oyster also has daily specials, such as lobster tacos on Sunday and soft-shell crab on Wednesdays.

Great food with great service. It is a not a large restaurant by any means so the staff are always around to make sure you are well taken care of. We got scallops as an appetizer based on the suggestion of our waitress. They were packed with flavor. Very fresh tasting with a zing if fresh herbs and a touch of tanginess. I then got the hot lobster roll with french fries. It was the best roll I have been able to find in all of Boston and Cape cod. Just the right amount of butter paired with a tasty bread. I will run back here first when I am in Boston again.

We were there last week Tuesday night for a work outing. Haley and crew took great care of us. The food and drinks were delicious. Hospitality even better. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back. Hope we weren’t too loud!

Neptune Oyster is one of my favorite places to visit in Boston. They always have excellent shellfish selection, great menu choices, good wines and beer. While Neptune Oyster is on the pricier side, it is well worth the expense. This is a small place, so either be prepared to wait or show up early for lunch or dinner.

The home of the best lobster roll i have ever tasted is here. Fortunately, i was able to avoid the line, but lines here are normal. The monday special lobster spaghetti is amazing and with plentiful fresh seafood. The lobster rolls here have bigger chunks of lobster than other places and the buns are perfectly buttered and toasted. With COVID, they have plastic guards between tables, but seating is not socially distanced because the restaurant is small. Wish there were more seatings and space but this place truly is a gem for locals and tourists.

Excellent food (lobster spaghetti and oysters were amazing), good service.. rather expensive draft beer (9-12). I'd highly recommend overall and look forward to going back
