I used to be satisfied with this particular branch; however, it's been twice now that my delivery order has been messed up. The last time, my order was missing a drink and gravy, and this time, my half rotisserie chicken was not cooked all the way. It was so uncooked, there was blood on the bone and the meat was pink. I was starving so I put it in the oven until it was done. We also ordered a large turkey meal, but we hardly got any turkey. I am wondering if management changed because they used to be good.

They do need a new Manage the attitude of the crew is all dependent on the Managers attutude and he has a bad one. If you walk in they do not greet you and leave you standing there forever. A couple came in and stood in line and used the restroom then gave up while I was there. I told them i had been waiting and they denied I had. They treat you like you are a car in the drive through and ignore you til they take care of the cars and call ins. This restaurant has the attitude of not wanting walk ins or dealing with the public. They are all slow and mopey and do not like their work. They should find something they like to do an Boston Market should hire a new crew. These are all older people here not that it matters because i am older and have a job, but i do my job fast and help the public. They may be of the retirement mindset just doing something to take up time and doing it slowly. Do not go here like the last man said they don't care and are slow and it starts with the Manager who is mean and unfriendly.

In desperate need of new management, customer service has is non-existent. I specifically asked for the manager’s quarter rack of ribs and chicken special. I repeatedly said quarter rack, and was acknowledged by the drive through attendant Brandon. When I get to the window I ask him two more times just to confirm my order of a quarter rack of ribs and chicken. I should have drove off right then by the look he was giving me. I receive my order and the receipt says half rack. When I ask Brandon, he states all they have is the half rack! So the 5 times I asked for a quarter rack and your acknowledgment was a just lie to get my money. I never knew Boston Market was in the business of swindling customers just to make a quick buck. This is not my first encounter with Brandon. He is always rude and acts like he doesn’t want to be there. So many people wish they even had a job. Brandon should really seek new employment or attend customer service school. I wouldn’t be so upset if he had just told the truth and told me they only have half racks. Why did he have to lie with an attitude. As I am talking to him asking him for the missing BBQ sauce, he slams the drive through window and walks away. I am never going back to this store. My food was angrily thrown together all over the bag. Boston Market will not see another penny of my money. Swindle and be rude to someone else.

They are so NICE here. The waiting time is less then 5 minutes. They care about their customers and ask how is the food. I asked them for an extra cup so I could give water to the geese outside and they gave to me. BEST Boston Market!
