I love the fact that they are open on Saturdays and some Sundays. The staff is friendly and I loved the doctor that did my eye exam. The wait to be seen was not long at all. I have one big issue... They are extremely overpriced. I doctor that examined me loved the designer frames that had my old RX and she suggested that I had my new RX put into those frames. At check out I relayed this to the receptionist and she told me for the lenses alone, which would include the transitions ( Currently have) would be over 500 dollars! That included my insurance. 500 for lenses!? There's no way, I have my RX I'll just buy new glasses online with transition lenses. Thanks but no thanks guys.

Not a good experience it’s been A month all I needed was a new prescription for my contacts.. they won’t even answer the phone... very frustrating...

This place used to be great, but I've been trying to call for the past 3 days to get my contact prescription and I haven't even gotten them to answer the phone and their VM box is full

Terrible place to have glasses done. It’s been OVER SIX MONTHS since my last eye exam and they’re still not done making my prescription glasses. How long does it take? Unbelievable.

Made the trip down here today from NH and it was worth it. I have a very hard time finding frames that fit well, but the team here had a great selection and was very helpful in finding me what I needed. They did so fantastic I ended up with 2 pairs! Best part is that they were able to fit the lenses and have my frames ready for me same day!! I will definitely be recommending this shop to others and coming back here for my next pair.
