WOW! I just bought my new car from Rick Ball in Boonville. These folks are nothing short of AMAZING! I called asking what, if anything, they could do to get me into a car I saw and fell in love with, on their website? I don't know how, but these Angels worked their magic and we brought our beauty home today! First class service from start to finish. The dealer helped me locate the exact options and color I wanted, and swapped with another dealer to get my truck. The delivery process was exceptional and quick. Every person I interacted with (sales, finance, parts, delivery) was top notch, and served as a reminder about the benefits a small town dealer can provide over a \big city\ competitor. Thanks guys
They did what they were not supposed to do and when i called that out they blocked my number to call them or have any communication with them. We test drove one vehicle and the vehicle they put on the paper work was a different one and when we Pointed them out .. the manager callwd and left a voice mail saying we can't help you and i should look for a vehicle some where else... i should have given minus 5 stars if possible. NOT TO MENTION THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION even when i told them I dont want it Ran !!!!
