Bending Reality

I've had the great fortune to operate and own many vehicles and I have had many service experiences but never the likes of Boerne's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department. All in all I feel like I'm with friends (and aren't we all, when we actually spend time with one another?) and that is an increasingly rare thing in today's masked world. Ruben and Corey and so many others both at the counter and in the service garage are always professional, courteous and kind no matter what the conversation might be. Had I known that I'd enjoy my Jeep as much as I do and that Boerne's Service Department was so amazing, I'd have bought a Jeep way back before I did! I have truly never had a better group of people looking after my vehicle and my vehicle is my lifeline when it comes to my business of showcasing wildlife and nature and the interesting things we can learn alongside our wild counterparts. Matt was extremely respectful and polite, not like the typical sales person you encounter nowadays. Didn't pressure us into anything and actually recommended alternatives to fit within the desired budget. Was willing to walk us through every aspect of the vehicle we ended up purchasing, 2019 Nissan Titan Cummins, and answered any questions we had.

-I came to this dealership after posting information about a truck I was looking for on a 3rd party website. -A ton of dealerships were reaching out, but this dealership has a quick and consistent response rate. -A little about me, don't window shop, I don't buy things I don't want, I'm extremely picky, I perform extensive research for everything I buy, and I am easily offended when people try to take advantage of me. So I'm STUBBORN. -I could tell when they were trying to sell me certain things...because it's a business at the end of the day. -Ultimately The dealership was very welcoming and they did everything they could to get me in the vehicle I came for.

Nghia Tran made my experience there a pleasant one. Tran showed me the truck I told him I wanted and didn't try and upsell me on the higher models or features. Ive been to a bunch of dealers for multiple cars/trucks and I have to say from my experience with him they're doing it right.
