I worked with Liisa on a recent auto repair. I chose to go to her because I have been getting mansplained on a few items lately and just wanted to support a fellow female business woman. I walked in after receiving a significantly higher quote from another shop, for her to sit down and show me how much my repair would be. She was honest, forthcoming with actual costs and facts and went above and beyond the repair. She helped me with the insurance company as well when they gave me a low ball repair quote as a way of not paying more on my repairs. It was truly the best auto experience of my life.
