Worst hostel experience ever. Check into a recently used room; dirty sheets on the floor, hair and unknown stains on all over the bathroom, no clean sheets on stained mattress and no key to the room. I only write good reviews for great businesses - this is my first bad review. Visited many party hostels, but only at Bodrum Backpackers is it an excuse not to clean the room ( 'only every 2 weeks'). We were offered drugs before we were even given our key. My partner and I decided to give the manager more time to clean up the en suite, since he's the only person working there, so we left for about 5 hours. When we returned, the sheets were off the floor, rubbish taken out and the light bulb was changed. Hair and dirt everywhere and still no sheets. Thanks, but I definitely could have done more in that time. When asked about if we could have a sheet, was answered with 'we don' t have one, only do laundry once a week'. We ended up grabbing our own from the dorms. Good location if you can stand living in filth and love a party hostel (with about 5 other people).

Can easily say that in 9 years of travelling this was the most disgusting hostel I have ever stayed at. There is no way they should be getting any tourists money. Place should be closed down. Staff extremely rude without provocation.
The rooms are inexpensive but hot with no AC ! Location is good
There is a homeless guy who has access to the hostel and sleeps on the roof. At night he wanders into different rooms if you leave it unlocked and he will use your bathroom and sleep in an empty bed. Felt very unsafe here. He came into our room a couple times and just started sleeping in there. The owner lets him stay here I guess? The bar on the first floor plays SUPER loud music until 5am every single day. I mean SUPER loud. And he plays garbage music as well. Come here if you want to not get a second of sleep

İ find this hotel in internet.as i went i saw a dranked young man in reception that names imayil.he took öynbaggage and take me to my room.rooms was dirty and worse no wifi nı clima!no water no tea,even key!.i went chil out with my friend.i bought a bire and took that hotel.when imaiyil came,saw me and my friend drinking.he shot me its not acceptable that you drink here.i said we didnt know but he shot again and throw my baggas.he was under drag i think.and got out me in.earşy morning!a young gir!its eorst experienc that i had in bodrum

What can I say about this place. Whoever the owner is (this place is so unorganized) seems to think you can label your rundown shack a "party hostel" and get away with the fact that you're charging people to sleep in dirty rooms with janky broken bathrooms that look like nobody cleans them. By the way, it was basically empty for my stay but that didn't stop the bartender at the attached pub downstairs from blasting music so loud my room shook until 5 in the morning. When I went down at 3 to ask when he would close the empty bar he got aggressive and said I should stop complaining, LOL! Don't even come to Bodrum, the tourist industry in Turkey is dead and these guys will still treat their few guests like trash!
