Just an Ok ramp. Very beat up roads in the area. There is pedestrian path right in front of ramps - so people are walking right in front of ramps all the time, in evening one lane was block by people in lawn chairs having a picnic. To use the ramp - enter unnamed drive west of Harbor PL, pay 20 at the gate (credit cards accepted) to use the ramp (get a token to be used to enter ramp for boat retrieval), launch, park at lot north of madison st.
