This is for my best BMW Salesman in Glenmarie Mr. Desmond. I purchased a BMW 520i F10 from BMW Glenmarie. First week I went there to purchase the car I was not getting an attention from the SA who attended me. So I went there the next week and met this SA who attended me by the name of Mr. Desmond. He recommended few cars but doesn’t fulfill my taste. So I went off but he promised me he will get one as my taste. Later he called me to view one car that he selected for my taste. Went there and saw the car it was a two years preowned car. After I viewed the car it was as my taste and told him I will get it . His approach to me as a SA was just like my best friend from my school time. Even now it has been two years he is still a good friend and guide me when ever I need advice on anything. To me he is not a SA to me , he is my best friend that I can help him and he can help me. If my friends need to buy cars now I will recommend Mr. Desmond become he is a friendly SA.. Get your taste of BMW cars from BMW Glenmarie. Look for the SA MR. Desmond Thank you and keep up your best work friendly approach that winning the heart of BMW buyers who approach BMW Glenmarie. Don't be taken for a ride (pun intended) by BMW @ Glenmarie as shown by Google Maps. There's no service here. Nobody here. Zilch. In fact the entire premises here is abandoned! But do not despair motor aficionados. There are many other showrooms in the neighborhood to placate your motoring desires ;))
Sent for my head unit radio fix and change timing chain. It took them full one month only to change the timing chain. As for the radio, when i came to pickup the car, it has not yet fixed. So after a month without car, i was given an option to leave my car for another few days to get the radio fix or i can reschedule. I decided to leave it.After a week, i got a call to pickup the car as they have fixed the radio. When, i turn up for collection,the advisor notice that the radio was not fixed at all. Again, they told me to leave the car for another few days. I had enough.No more. I just drove away with the faulty unit . Honestly, the 5 years warranty and free services promoted by BMW, is just a total hoax. They will make every visit that you made a terrible experience so that you will source for outside when it comes to service. They will prolong your service done until late evening even though you book the first slot which is 830 a.m. The best part is they only changing the brake oil but yet it took them whole day. So folks, think again if you wanted to go for this meticulous brand that comes with super low class after sales service.

very poor service quality. I bought the car from them, buy after service is the worst among all the BMW service provider. I wonder why BMW wants to associate with this kind of company. I sent by car for service and change of windscreen, they did not even bother to wash and clean the interior when they deliver the car. Customer service is totally unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to go to this service centre at all!!!
Very poor after sales service, only interested to sell. Extremely slow response, never pick up calls, always give lousy reasons.
Waited 2 mins on phone and nobody answer the call once passed to service consultant, very disappointing services from this centre.
Relax and chill while waiting my car to get regular service ️
