Rude and arrogant doctor's, who never even offer up any sort of explanation or apology for keeping you waiting 20-30 minutes past your appointment time. And this is every appointment not just a one off. They seem to give no thought to the fact that the person visiting them has had to take time out of their working day for this appointment. To put this into perspective, how would these people feel if they booked, for example, an appointment with an electrician for 4 pm and he never arrived till gone 4.30. Also I have seen confidential patient forms lying around on the reception desk for all to see, only to be met with a blasé attitude upon informing the receptionist of this. Overall poorly run surgery and would not recommend to others.

Can never get an appointment with an actual GP but they put you with the Medical Practitioner who is not a qualified GP. Receptionists are rude told an elderly person who was at the surgery to go home and ring for an appointment. They also changed the B12 shots and medical staff have said these are not as good as the other brand. Noticed i feel tired and due my shot much quicker and hurt me when administering. They put me on B12 without figuring out if I have a leaky gut or investigate further. Stupid radio in waiting room which puts you off.
Very helpful and friendly team.
A reasonable surgery. Not the worst and not even close to the best. Repeat visits on long term illness support is poor.
