Sincere praise for this dealership having had one Q7 and two Q8s from them. My first experience a few years ago involved a Q7 which was supplied without a load cover and a faulty wiper blade. The sales rep supplied me with one as soon as I realised and posted me out a new wiper blade. The second occasion was my an orange Q8 which was immaculately presented and did everything it said on the tin. Most recently during COVID I had a black Q8 from them and my entire handover was an absolute pleasure thanks to Amelia who was nothing short of eager to help, chatty and very accommodating. Some Audi dealers are trash, this one is perfect! Thank you to the sales team over the years and most recently Amelia for her assistance and willingness to help.

Very beautiful showroom and cars, but was not acknowledged by any staff at all probably due to us being young which is not good at all, not once did anyone come up to us, shame really my friend was set on buying an audi that day, hopefully in future when i am back for a car you will have gotten better, most likely 2 years from now so you have a lot of time to change

I had a very positive experience at Audi Blackburn. Stuart was my sales representative who didn't fail to exceed my expectations. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning where I signed up to a Diesel automatic Audi Q3 as opposed to a manual petrol car. After realising this, Stuart rectified this issue immediately offering another car on site which matched my criteria. So far, very happy with the car and the service. Thank you so much Stuart, will be visiting Audi Blackburn in the future.

AWFULL FROM START TO FINISH. HAD RS6 UP THERE WAS ADVISED IT NEEDED A NEW WHEEL AT THE COST OF 1600 POUND PLUS VAT, TOOK IT FOR 2ND OPINION WAS JUST A TIRE.VEHICLE CAME BACK DAMAGED ON REAR BUMPER AND FRONT WING, STILL WATING FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK A MONTH LATER, EVERY THING YOU DO WITH THIS PLACE IS A ARGUMENT, ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE MONEY, WHEN I BOUGHT THE RS6 I SENT IT TO THEM FOR A FULL INSPECTION AND TO HAVE ANY WORK IT NEEDED CARRIED OUT SO THE WARRANTY COULD BE EXTENDED, WHICH THEY DID AND TOLD ME IT WAS DUE ITS 40K SERVICE WHICH IS THE BIG ONE BUT WHEN THATS DONE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WOULD BE PUT IN PLACE, AFTER PAYING 1200 POUND FOR THE SERVICE AND 1400 POUND FOR THE WARRANTY, THE ABOVE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHERE I WAS TOLD THE WARRANTY WAS VOID DUE TO THE ECU BEING FLASHED PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE, MEANING IT HAD HAD A RE MAP, WHICH I FULL UNDERSTAND, WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY THIS WAS NOT CHECKED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
